Abstract
My farm work included harvesting crops, weeding, hoeing, moving animals, feeding animals, pruning, and transplanting crops. Working on Horse Drawn taught me what really goes into farming, how important farms and farm work are, and how community driven Lopez Island is regarding their farm community. This internship was extremely successful, touching on topics such as sustainable farming versus regenerative farming, how agriculture affects waterways, and livestock and crop management.
