Abstract

The Adult and Higher Education program at Western has five main learning outcomes. These outcomes are evidenced by a capstone portfolio project which includes: Diversity and Social Justice; Research and Evaluation; Leadership; Adult Learning Theories; & Teaching and Facilitation. The portfolio includes synthesis statements which provide a central basis for the review of student learning. I will share these statements.
