StarCraft AI: Viking Bot

Research Mentor(s)

Description

Our work focuses on developing an artificial intelligence for playing the game StarCraft: Broodwar. With its nearly-infinite array of game states, StarCraft serves as an excellent test bed for developing complex, decision-making AI. Our objective is to not only create an AI that can best its opponent, but also design the approach in a manner that minimizes computational complexity and resource usage. Succeeding in this task serves as a big step towards creating complex, self-thinking machines with low computational overhead.
