Abstract

This capstone explored and celebrated diversity, equity, and inclusion in outdoor recreation. This was done through a woman and non-binary group hike I hosted and a film-showing fundraiser on campus. Included here is a one-minute video compilation of the film-showing event, including tabling beforehand and a raffle afterward. I also include the land acknowledgment I wrote for the event that was shared before the film was shown. Finally, I include a word art collage of the answers I received to the prompts for an Accessibility Reflection Activity I created for audience members.
