Abstract
Double Wide is a mixed media installation constructed using relief print, screen print, papier-mâché, acrylic paint, and found objects. Humor and kitsch elements are used to frame the work which touch on themes such as home, memory, identity, and sexuality. Performance elements act to connect emotional memories to physical spaces.
