Abstract
Through this educational experience, I not only had the opportunity of working with more than one hundred amazing children over the span of eight weeks, but I also got to build relationships and skills with various groups of people and kids. Working with a team of people from different backgrounds and skills who are dedicated to making the outdoors a comfortable and safe place for kids to explore, as well as fostering an environment for kids to have fun was beyond rewarding.
