Abstract
During my time with Skagit County I worked with several programs/sub-divisions, including PIC (Pollution Identification and Control), Stormwater, Water Quality, and Drainage Utility. Lower Skagit County is largely floodplains, and present day is made up of flat, fertile farmland. The Skagit River and Samish River flow through it, along with many tributaries and creeks.
