Event Title
The Ability to Give Back to the Community through Art
Description
“Since becoming part of the Banana Factory three years ago I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with other resident artists, but the most important issue for me has been the ability to give back to the community and the kids that so much thrive with art. My art has developed and evolved in many ways, which has helped me grow as an artist and a person.” The Banana Factory, Cultural Art and Education Center, makes art accessible to everyone and provides an array of quality arts and cultural programming for young and old alike, including after-school and job skills initiatives for youth, artist lectures, and art education at area schools.
