Abstract
Western Libraries Usability & Design Working Group conducted a review of the library's LibAnswers statistical data in order to gather data about how different patron populations access the various service points throughout the Libraries. This brief summary describes the methodology, the results of the analytics review, and the conclusions drawn from the data.
