Abstract
"La Petite Maria de Normandie" (French: "Little Maria of Normandy") is my musical composition for orchestra, choir, and two accordions. It is a fantasy-based cantata epic revolving around my original story of a boy named George Charleston and a fairy named Maria that he meets in France, in which she is actually a figment of George's imagination.
