Abstract

This statement outlines the Hacherl Research and Writing Studio’s approach to linguistic justice and language equity. It draws on Composition Studies, Linguistics, and Writing Center scholarship to provide context for consultation practices. The current version of this document went through multiple iterations and is not intended to be static. As such, this document represents the first version to be published on the Studio’s website, as of November 1, 2023.
